When life changes
faster than you can make sense of it.

I offer ACT-based psychological support for adults navigating life transitions, emotional overload, and identity shifts — with a practical, grounded and human approach.

You don’t need to be at your worst to start. Feeling stuck is enough.

How I Work

My work is based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
That means we don’t focus on “fixing” you or eliminating uncomfortable thoughts and emotions.

Instead, we work on:

• Creating more psychological flexibility

•Changing your relationship with difficult experiences

•Clarifying what truly matters to you

•Translating insight into concrete, sustainable actions

This is a collaborative, practical process — not endless talking, and not quick fixes.

About Me

I’m a psychologist, originally trained in Brazil, and I’ve been living in Berlin for nearly ten years.

Experiencing life abroad firsthand has deeply shaped how I understand identity, belonging, and psychological adaptation.

I work in Germany as a Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie, in line with local regulations. Sessions are offered as private psychological support. Available in English, German and Portuguese.
