Who am I?
I’m a psychologist, originally trained in Brazil, and I’ve been living in Berlin for nearly ten years.
Experiencing life abroad firsthand has deeply shaped how I understand identity, belonging, and psychological adaptation.
Alongside my clinical training, I have worked closely with professionals navigating high-pressure environments, career transitions, and identity shifts. This combination strongly shapes how I work today: grounded in evidence, but deeply connected to real life.
My therapeutic approach is based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), an evidence-based model focused on psychological flexibility. In practice, this means helping you relate differently to thoughts and emotions, so they have less control over your actions and choices.
I work in a structured yet human way. Sessions are a space to slow down, gain perspective, and reconnect with what matters to you.
Who this work may not be for
This approach may not be a good fit if you are looking for:
Quick solutions or symptom elimination
Advice-giving or rigid techniques
Someone to tell you what to do
My role is not to direct your life, but to help you build the skills to move through it with more clarity and autonomy.
